How much does a custom program cost?

Custom programs start from $997, plus $49 a month for hosting, updates, small edits and monitoring. Your final price is a fixed number in a written scope before any work starts.

What's the difference between a custom program and a web app?

A custom program does one job, like a calculator, tracker or intake form, and starts from $997. A web app has many screens, several users and more rules, and runs $7,500 to $25,000 or more.

Do I own the program?

Yes. Once it's paid in full, the custom work we made for you is yours, and we hand over the files and admin logins within 5 business days.

Can you work from my messy spreadsheet?

Yes. Send us a copy and tell us what it's for. We look at it first and give you a written list of fixes and a fixed quote.

What does the $49 a month cover?

Hosting, updates, monitoring and up to 30 minutes of edits a month. It comes with every program we host. Once it's paid off, you own it, and if you ever cancel care we hand you the files.

What happens after my program launches?

For 30 days after launch, we fix anything that doesn't work the way your scope says, at no charge. After that, small edits are part of the $49 a month care, and bigger changes get a written change order first.
