This policy explains how Mainfront ("Mainfront," "we," "us") handles information when you visit mainfront.ai, fill out a form, call, text or email us, or become a client. Mainfront is based in Bay City, Michigan.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, the details you type into a form or message, your preferred way to be contacted, and anything you share on a call, text or email.
- Project and billing details if you become a client, such as your scope, agreement and payment information. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs things such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. Our site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.
- No ad trackers. This website does not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing activity.
How we use it
- To reply to you, scope your project and send quotes.
- To provide and support the services you buy from us.
- To send text messages and emails you agreed to receive.
- To keep our website and systems secure and working.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we'll text you about your inquiry, your project or your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us, and only to deliver those messages.
Who we share with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- website hosting and security
- website form processing (your form submission passes through a form service on its way to our inbox)
- business email and file storage
- phone, texting and voice platforms
- payment processing, accounting and tax preparation
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Our clients' customer data
When a business hires Mainfront to run text-back, reminders, review requests or other systems, we handle that business's customer information on its behalf and only to provide the service. That business decides how its customers' information is used, and its own privacy policy applies to those customers. We don't use our clients' customer lists for our own marketing.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link or reply and ask.
- See, correct or delete your information: email or text us using the contact details below and we'll respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states), you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete or opt out. We honor those requests the same way.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full card numbers through our forms or texts. We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
