30-day guarantee on follow-up plans: if your system doesn't text back at least one missed call that turns into a customer reply in your first 30 days, your first month's plan fee is refunded. The one-time setup fee covers work already completed and isn't refunded. Text and email volume limits are listed in your agreement, and usage beyond them is billed at cost. Custom plans are available for multi-location businesses.

Payment plans are subject to approval. No interest: you pay the same total as paying up front. Approved schedules require a valid credit card on file and authorization for automatic monthly charges. Any late-payment, returned-payment or other charges, and the exact amounts and dates, are stated in your signed agreement before enrollment — nothing on this page sets a fee or rate. Taxes, third-party subscriptions, ad spend and print production are scoped separately.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Follow-up plans are month-to-month under a simple service agreement. Cancel with a text or email and service ends at the end of your current billing period. Project builds have a written scope and payment schedule, with no ongoing commitment after delivery.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No. Mainfront runs alongside what you have — your current phone line, scheduler, point-of-sale or CRM. Keep what works; we connect to it or sit beside it.
What's the setup fee for?
Your dedicated business number, carrier (A2P 10DLC) registration, message templates written in your voice, connecting your calendar and review profile, and training your team.
How do payment plans work?
Once a build is scoped and approved, businesses choose 4, 6, 8 or 12 equal monthly payments, and personal projects up to 4. The first payment is due when you sign, there's no interest, and you can pay it off early anytime. A card stays on file and is charged automatically on the agreed dates. The agreement spells out every amount and any fees before you sign.
Do you do the printing?
We design everything and place the order with professional print and apparel partners, then get it to you. You get one point of contact and one invoice.
Do you work with big companies, or only small ones?
Small and local businesses are the heart of it, but the same systems scale — multi-location chains, franchises and corporate teams are welcome. Custom plans available.
